It encompasses a wide range of activities, including training programs, workshops, symposia, webinars, and the integration of heritage topics into school and university curricula. At ABX Consulting, we bring over a decade of in-house experience in cultural heritage capacity building within international contexts, including work with ICCROM, UNESCO, INTERPOL, and ALECSO. TRANSLATION / INTERPRETING
Cultural heritage conservation concepts were primarily developed in English, French, and other European languages. Transmitting these complex ideas into other languages, particularly Arabic, poses significant challenges without a thorough understanding of the field’s evolution. This has resulted in a noticeable gap in relevant Arabic literature on conservation. At ABX Consulting, our experts have been working for decades to bridge this knowledge gap. With extensive experience in the cultural heritage field, we possess a deep understanding of the terminology, notions, and concepts essential for accurate communication. This expertise allows us to seamlessly translate critical literature and provide simultaneous interpreting between English and Arabic, ensuring the faithful conveyance of complex ideas. Our contributions to Arabic conservation literature include several key translations, reflecting our commitment to making global knowledge accessible to Arabic-speaking audiences and supporting the preservation of cultural heritage across the region
